J & J Video Productions got its start in 1983.  In between jobs I was looking for something to do while I farmed the resumes out.   Our beginnings were humble and it started one afternoon while browsing a camera shop while waiting for an interview across the street. A slick salesman came up to me and said, can I show you something. My response was no I am just looking.

That very day this store had just received a shipment of the new inventory. I was engaged in small talk with the salesman and while he was opening the boxes he came upon a new video system. He was surprised that he got this equipment so fast.  He was not expecting it until late fall. He said WOW I do not believe this. A complete video camera, recorder and editing system. We put this thing together and just like 2 guys would do, we started to play with this camera.

This camera was the first system of its kind to be marketed. I bought that system that very day. This salesman told me since he was a professional photographer that I could make a fortune shooting weddings. I found my job, well not really I found my passion and within 2 weeks I had a job shooting my first wedding. The rest is History!

J & J Video Productions is located in Parma, Ohio. The entire staff is college educated and the owner carries 2 college degrees, 1 graduate degree and is a Top level media expert.  With over 25 years of wedding experience, J & J Video Productions has worked with the likes of the Cooper Wedding Studios in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, The Summer Delray Photo Gallery and The Country Music Legends Tour for 3 years shooting videos from Weddings to clips for the Nashville Music Network.
